The comprehensive checkup is a preventive diagnostic assessment designed to catch imbalances early, before symptoms become apparent. It helps identify even minor disruptions, prevent the onset of disease, and create a detailed picture of your current health — enabling thoughtful, precise, and timely care.
The program includes a general practitioner consultation and support, ultrasound of internal organs, ECG, pulmonary function test, an extended lab panel with over 45 biomarkers, and functional diagnostics using the MS PRO system. Based on your results, the physician will recommend personalized vitamin and mineral support, share tailored preventive guidance based on your risk profile, and, if needed, refer you to specialists.
Symptoms and indications: This checkup is intended as a regular health assessment and does not require specific symptoms or complaints.
Preparation guidelines: Testing is conducted in the morning from 8:00 to 12:00 (ideally before 10:00). Please arrive fasting; still water is allowed. Avoid alcohol and intense physical activity for 24 hours prior. Refrain from smoking and avoid stress 1–2 hours before your appointment. If possible, suspend intake of supplements, vitamins, iron, or hormonal medications three days in advance. These measures help ensure accurate, reliable results that reflect your true condition.
