Cellular Diagnostics

Cellular diagnostics allow us to identify early-stage changes in organs and systems — long before clinical or laboratory symptoms emerge. It’s a checkup for those who want to go beyond routine health monitoring and gain deeper insight into how lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, chronic illness, or medications are affecting their body on a cellular level.

This program is especially relevant for those preparing for parenthood, undergoing treatment, or seeking guidance on how to work with their genetic test results. The central tool is the ELI-test — a method that measures autoantibodies to 24 key antigens, including markers for the nervous system, heart muscle, thyroid, gastrointestinal tract, prostate, and immune cells. It’s a precise and gentle way to diagnose what hasn’t yet become a symptom — but already calls for attention.

Indications: Recommended as part of an annual preventive health screening

Preparation guidelines: The test is conducted in the morning between 8:00 and 12:00 (ideally before 10:00). Arrive fasting — still water is allowed. For 24 hours prior, avoid alcohol and strenuous activity. In the 1–2 hours before testing, avoid smoking and try to minimize stress. This ensures the most accurate reflection of your body's true state.
