Foundational Checkup

The foundational checkup covers your essential metabolic functions — including carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism — and helps assess your overall physiological state. It evaluates indicators that reflect the function of internal organs, tissue oxygenation, blood coagulation, and the body’s detoxification capacity.

This checkup offers a clear picture of your cardiovascular and endocrine systems, identifies possible metabolic imbalances, and detects abnormalities in liver, kidney, and thyroid function. It also assesses calcium levels and screens for signs of anemia or diabetes — helping you catch subtle signals early and build a personalized plan for care and prevention.

Symptoms and indications:

  • Weight gain

  • Persistent fatigue

  • Constant hunger

  • Dry mouth

  • Frequent urination

  • Constant thirst

  • Pale complexion

  • Brittle nails

  • Hair loss

Preparation guidelines: Testing is conducted in the morning between 8:00 and 12:00 (preferably before 10:00). Please arrive fasting; still water is permitted. Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours beforehand. In the 1–2 hours before the test, refrain from smoking and minimize emotional stress.
