A welcoming space where young guests can play, imagine, explore, and simply be themselves. Educational games, books, creative kits, and the attentive presence of a childcare professional create a calm and safe environment — allowing parents to rest while children spend time with interest and enjoyment.
Opening hours: 9:00–21:00
Children under 4 may attend only when accompanied by parents.
Children aged 5 to 12 may stay independently.
The maximum continuous stay is up to 4 hours. After a break for lunch and daytime rest, children are welcome to return to the kids club

Crystal offers car rental services for guests who value freedom of movement and ease during their stay. A wide selection of vehicles across various classes and categories is available, with all guest preferences carefully considered.
Every vehicle is fully insured, equipped with complete documentation, and approved for use on public roads. Our care begins at the moment of contract signing and continues throughout the entire rental period.

Transfers
We arrange individual and group transfers from Sochi Airport and the railway station, as well as assist with transportation bookings throughout the region.
Guests may also choose a premium transfer service featuring vehicles from comfort to premium class, professional drivers, personal name-board greeting, luggage assistance, and a smooth, considerate driving style.
Additional equipment is available upon request, including child seats or boosters, travel cots for children, and ski equipment storage.
